Eldersburg Tech Company, America's Remote Help Desk, featured on Maryland Public Television Business Connection

Local Eldersburg tech company America's Remote Help Desk was featured on Maryland Public Telvision's Business Connection program on Thursday evening. The show's host interviewed co-founder and president Rich Rubinstein in his Eldersburg office. Mr. Rubinstein explained how the company provides remote technical solutions for small and midsize companies to help them troubleshoot their problems immediately. The company grew to more than $1.2 million in sales and 16 employees, more than doubling in size from the previous year. The company has recorded 60 percent or more growth each year it has been in business with a record 82 percent revenue growth in FY 2004. When Rubinstein was asked what his secret for the company's success was, he shared that it was from providing a high level of service which has led to positive word of mouth referral business.
