Master Tech Automotive is owned by Ian Baggett, an Eldersburg resident who brought his initially Jaguar-only auto shop to its current location on South Carroll Park Drive in 1999. Master Tech Automotive was created originally in 1996, three years before Baggett moved the company to Eldersburg.
