Sunshine
Kids’ Club is the largest summer camp in Carroll County,
sitting on an impressive 90+ acres of land. Plenty of activities
are offered at Sunshine, including swimming, gymnastics, paintball,
soccer, rock climbing, dance and much more. Horseback riding
lessons are also offered; Morgan’s Run Stables are a
part of Sunshine and allow kids to enjoy learning more about
how to ride and take care of a horse.

TLC offers child care from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm during the summer
camp period. Before- and after-school care is also offered
for all local elementary schools.

Care Inc offers a summer camp in the Eldersburg area from
June 8th through August 17th. The camp is held at St. Joseph’s
Catholic Church off of Liberty Road from 7 am until 6 pm.
Kids will be participating in two field trips per week as
well as activities such as arts and crafts, and fishing.

Carroll County Dance Center offers 3 weeks of dance for kids
ages 6-12 during the summer. Performances will be held at
the end of each week by the campers who design costumes and
scenery for their weekly performances. Kids will also take
trips to swim at the West Howard Swim Club.
