Just as the classic idiom goes, "In like a lion, out like a lamb," it sounds like there's at least one last winter storm posed to hit Eldersburg with the potential to be the strongest storm to hit the area this winter. The National Weather Serbice for Baltimore issued a Winter Storm Watch for Carroll County Monday Morning for Winter Storm Saturn. Depending on the track of the storm, we could be looking at more than 5 inches of wet snow with wind gusts reaching 30 MPH. This could lead to messy travel conditions and power outages. Keep an eye here for future developments and storm tracks.
