Carroll Station at 1716 Liberty Rd in Eldersburg, owned by M&I Properties, LLC,  signed three tenants to leases recently, bringing the center to full occupancy. The three new tenants are:

Athletic House
The Athletic House carries sporting apparel and custom products for local school teams including brands such as Under Armour, Nike, and Reebok. Athletic House signed a lease for 2,500 square feet for a 5 year term with 2 renewals.

All About U Hair Salon
All About U Hair Salon is a full service hair styling and nail salon. It signed for 2,000 square feet for a 5 year term with 2 renewals. The owner Anne Estes has hired 10 stylists.

The Cork Wine Pub
