The Seventh Annual “Taste of Eldersburg” is taking place on Sunday May 1 from 5 to 8 pm at the Winfield Fire Hall (1320 W. Old Liberty Rd.)  For $39 ($45 at the door), ticket holders can taste the best foods and drink from local vendors such as Salerno’s, Liberatore’s, E.W. Beck’s, G. L. Shacks, Just Desserts by Linda, Bolen’s Bull Pen, Plazuela’s, Cobblestone, Rita’s Italian Ice, and Serpent Ridge Vineyard.  Also, Coldwell Banker will provide soda and water.

There will be a silent auction on valuable items from community businesses, plus door prizes.  All proceeds benefit the Freedom Area Recreation Council programs in Carroll County.  Information: http://tasteofeldersburg.com/
