America’s Remote Help Desk (ARHD) has recently completed their office move, which has doubled their current office space to 5,500 square feet.

The new office suite, across the courtyard from where ARHD still retains some original office space, has allowed for the expansion of their Service Delivery department. The office space is located on the back side of Carrolltown Center, as are a number of other professional office suites. With increasing business and subsequent employee growth, ARHD is focusing on maintaining a high quality of customer support from their Remote Help Desk, Infrastructure Support Services, and Project Management. Consolidating Service Delivery personnel will enhance their ability to achieve this high standard of service.

“This move is a huge step for ARHD as we properly plan for our continued expansion,” said CEO Rich Rubinstein. “The new office space provides a nice professional appearance for our clients and work space for our employees.”The move was completed in early October. ARHD hosted an office warming party for its employees to celebrate the new space.
