Dr. David Salinger, a Radiation Oncologist for the Carroll Regional Cancer Center shared with the members of the Freedom District Lions Club the latest information on the new cancer strategy at the Carroll Hospital Center at their October 12, 2011 meeting. The Club also made a donation to the Carroll Hospital Center Foundation to help make the plans a reality.
