Freedom Fighters Rugby Season Finale
August 29, 2007

The Freedom Fighters Youth Rugby club completed its most successful season to date at the Potomac Rugby Union's Youth Rugby Tournament.  Highlighted by our U-9 and U-11 teams winning their Plate Division championship, we also had our U-15 team advance to the semi final match of the elite Cup Division (our highest ranking ever) before losing a hard fought battle to West Carroll in the closing minutes of the match.  Our U-13 team tied Washington for the right to move to the semifinal game, but lost on a 1 point tiebreaker.  All in all another fantastic season for our players.
