New Eldersburg Developments
September 24, 2007

At the FACC meeting last Thursday, September 20, 2007, the Carroll County Department of planning provided an updated on several local developments.


1. Eldersburg Ventures has submitted a preliminary subdivision plan for 101 residential lots on Slacks Road and the north side of Arrington Road.

2. A preliminary subdivision plan of 35 residential lots for Candle Light, which would be located on the west side of Ridge Road at Monroe Avenue.

3. Site plan review for 44 Liberty Road, a 24,450-square-foot shopping center east of Klees Mill Road in front of Century High School.

4. A concept subdivision plan of 12 residential lots for Carriage Crossing, on the north side of Slacks Road and west of MacBeth Way.

5. Fern Hill, a subdivision of 17 residential lots to be built on the south side of Bollinger Mill Road, one-half mile east of Route 32.

Concept plans are available for review at the Department of Planning, Room 204 in the County Building. More information available from the Bureau of Development Review at 410-386-2145.
