Business Expo 2007 to Provide Fun, Entertainment, Businesses, More
On
Saturday, March 24, 2007, local area businesses will come together
at Liberty High School for the second annual South Carroll Business
Association Business Expo. The event will run from 9 a.m. until
2 p.m. that day. The SCBA Business Expo allows residents to come
and meet their local businesses and enjoy many activities and entertainment
provided at the Expo. After last year’s Expo, which had an
attendance of close to 1,000 people, the SCBA decided to make the
occasion an annual event. This year, around 90 different business
vendors will be at Liberty. Entertainment will include dance performances
from groups such as the Savage Dance Company, and even a performance
from Martial Arts businesses such as TriStar. Sparky the fire dog,
a special guest for the Expo, will also be attending to go around
and entertain guests. All day long the Therapeutic Kneads will offer
services in the small gymnasium of Liberty, where blood pressure
screenings will be offered all day as well. C & S Holistic Wellness
Studio will also be in that area from 9:30 a.m. until 9:45 and again
from 12:00 p.m. until 12:15.
Directions
-Take route 32 going North past Route 26.
-After one half mile, turn left onto Bartholowe Road
-Take a right into Liberty HS
