Simple Ship Inc. was started in July 2004 by former AJ Brzeczko,
a Sykesville resident and a man with manufacturing and business
experience.
Brzeczko got the idea to start Simple Ship after working in the
manufacturing business. After several BETA test sites for Simple
Ship, the company was incorporated, initially being run out of Brzeczko’s
home. The website was launched February 2, 2005 and has since took
off as a significant supplier of online shipping. The company moved
to its current location on Liberty Road in July of 2005, a year
after it came into corporation. Brzeckzko chose the location because
of two reasons. Primarily, it was close to his residence and secondly,
it was a good space for the business he was running with pickup
and delivery. In the near future, Simple Ship hopes to expand their
business by improving pickup delivery for the Carroll County area
and they are currently ready to launch the second edition of their
website. The website is important because it offers an automated
shipping portal.
