Best China Buffet is truly the best Chinese food buffet in town. It is the only Chinese buffet in Eldersburg. Conveniently located along Route 26, Best China Buffet is a freestanding restaurant opened daily from 10 or 11 am until 10 or 11 at night. The building is decorated with red glowing Chinese lanterns and a huge red neon sign, which reads “Best China Buffet “. The entrance is welcoming and exotic, with a pleasant scent of burning candles and cooking. Inside you will find an overwhelming number of dinner selections. There are more than thirty distinct dishes being served in this restaurant at any given time. The location, the hours, the large parking lot, the huge dining room, the low prices, and the friendly service are not the most important reasons you should come to Best China Buffet.

Excellent food is the most important reason you should come to Best China Buffet. Enjoy a variety of soups, like traditional egg drop soup, appetizers like Chinese egg rolls, entrees like Shechuan Chicken, side dishes like fried rice and egg noodles, drinks like tea or soda, and desserts like fresh fruit or pastries, even ice-cream. The cuisine here can satisfy both Oriental and American tastes.

It would be difficult to list all of the wonderful menu choices available for the buffet diners. Some of the highlights include fresh sushi, steamed shrimp, dumplings, amazing chicken, pork, and beef dishes (my favorite is grilled cubed chicken and Japanese chicken), cheese covered mussels, baked cheese covered spinach, and many others. Some of the dishes are spicy, others mild; some are complex, others simple; some are hot, others cold; some are unusual, others common; there is a mouth-watering dinner for everybody.

Eldersburg is a family oriented place. You might be wandering if Best China Buffet has anything for your children raised on McDonald’s food. The answer is: ABSOLUTELY! French fries, pizza, chicken nuggets, corn, and anything else you little ones might desire can be found here. In addition, the patrons are extremely child friendly. Little squeaks and spills don’t bother anyone.

Even prices at Best China Buffet are family-friendly. Children under 3 eat for free. 3-5 year olds are charged $2.95, 6-9 year olds pay $3.95, and everyone else pays only $6.35 at lunch time. Dinnertime buffet prices are slightly higher, but all below $10, value…

Flexibility and customer service are key values at this establishment. You can order dishes of the extensive menu, or fill up your “to go” box with any of the buffet selections. Best China Buffet even delivers food to your door for no additional charge!
