> 1/1/2007 Delivery service is awful. First order -- they left out one item. Promised to bring it, but never did. Called and complained; they said they'd make a note of it for next time. Second order -- reminded them about item omitted first time; they promised to supply it on that trip. Which they did -- while forgetting a different item. The food is OK, but I no longer use the delivery service!
> This is not really a dine-in restaurant (although there are a few tables available), but more of a carry-out location. Still very good food! Okay -- in terms of delivery times --- very, painfully, slow. They never meet the online estimate as provided through email when ordering online... not by a long-shot! We have noticed something though -- if we place an online order using a credit card -- your delivery is Very slow. If however, we place our order and select, pay by paper check -- it arrives in no time at all. Very quick. This has happened numerous times and strikes me as a pretty poor internal delivery policy.

I still order (because the pizza is good) -- but know it may be quite a wait.
